SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
1. MINIMUM ORDERS
We are obliged to make a freight charge as listed for each order below an invoice value of $250.00 (ex GST). A list of the charges is below:

All orders above invoice value $250.00 (ex GST) will be supplied free into store into each capital city depot, including city metropolitan areas. For delivery outside the above mentioned areas, customers are required to nominate their preferred freight forwarder at customer’s expense.
2. DELIVERY TIME FRAME
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia.

3. CUT LENGTH WINDOW BLIND FASHIONS
To ensure all orders of Window Blind Fashions are delivered undamaged, we pack each order in superior packaging or in individual cardboard tubes, the cost of which is included in your price — a small price to pay for undamaged goods.
4. FORWARD ORDERS
Where we undertake to deliver goods at some future date, the order is accepted on the condition that we charge the appropriate price prevailing at the time of delivery.
5. PACK & HOLD
The current “Pack & Hold” service will be maintained provided your order is firm and nominates a final date of order. In the event of a “Pack & Hold” order being cancelled, a 15% surcharge will apply. Please call our Customer Service on 1300 656 100 to organise our “Pack & Hold” service.
6. DELIVERY
5.1 The Company’s delivery records shall be the prima facie proof of delivery of the goods in good order and of the description stated therein and shall be evidence of receipt by the Customer notwithstanding the absence of any representative of the Customer at the delivery address.
5.2 Any entry by the Company to the Customer’s premises to deliver goods shall be at the sole discretion of the Company. In any such entry the Company shall not be liable in any way or manner whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury caused to/sustained by any person or persons arising out of or in any way connected with such entry and the Company shall at all times be indemnified and be kept indemnified by the Customer.
5.3 It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide adequate signs and directions to enable the carrier to effect delivery. Failure to do so will render the Customer liable for any additional freight or cartage charges incurred.
